Indonesia Impact Fund (IIF) is the first Indonesian private impact investment fund investing into early-stage startups that are contributing the implementation of SDGs in Indonesia. The Fund aims to raise potential fund closing 25-30 USD million and to invest in 25-30 SDG contributing start-ups.

Key Activities:

  1. Provision of technical support and advice, setting up an Impact measurement and management framework for the Fund level and Impact Due Diligence Criteria for investee level
  2. Assist in fundraising efforts through leveraging UNDP's network of impact investors, financial institutions and IGOs
  3. Develop pipeline SDG contributing impact ventures for investment in the Indonesia Impact Fund
  4. Assistance to portfolio companies by providing on-going impact monitoring and advice on Impact Action Plan
  5. Developing pipeline SDGs contributing impact ventures for investment in the Indonesia Impact Fund through thematic accelerators such as the Blue Finance Accelerator
